To match our traditional Japanese ryokan-style exterior, we have prepared rooms that celebrate Japanese style — tatami mats, shoji screens and classic Japanese paintings — so you can feel the charm of Japan the moment you step inside.
和風旅館の外観とマッチするよう、畳や障子、日本画など、和のテイストにこだわったお部屋をご用意しました。お部屋に入った瞬間から、日本ならではの趣と心地よさをお楽しみください。

【洋室 / Western-style room】
We also offer the Family Suite — a spacious Western-style room with high, beamed ceilings and its own private kitchen. Families and groups can relax and enjoy snow-country living just like at home.
木の梁が美しい高い天井と専用キッチンを備えた、広々とした洋室のファミリースイートもご用意しています。ご家族やグループで、雪国の暮らしを我が家のようにゆったりとお過ごしください。

  祝日や予約状況により金額が変動します。正確な料金は、予約ボタンからお気軽にお問い合わせください。
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
  ご予約は3泊以上から承ります。
• A fuel surcharge is charged per room per night: ¥2,000 in the snow season (December–March) and ¥1,000 in other seasons.
  燃料費として、1室1泊あたり冬期(12月〜3月)は2,000円、その他の時期は1,000円を別途頂戴しております。
• Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax of ¥200 per person per night is charged separately (children sharing a bed are exempt).
  長野県宿泊税として、お一人様1泊あたり200円を別途頂戴いたします(添い寝のお子様は対象外です)。

Payment & Cancellation Policy / お支払い・キャンセルポリシー

• Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
  ご予約は、宿泊料金総額の50%のお支払いをもって確定となります。
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by 45 days before check-in. From 45 days before check-in, payments are non-refundable.
  残金はチェックイン日の45日前までに全額お支払いください。チェックイン日の45日前以降は、ご返金いたしかねます。
• If the balance is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be refunded.
  期日までに残金のお支払いが確認できない場合は、お支払い済みの金額をご返金のうえ、ご予約をキャンセルとさせていただきます。
• Cancellations made up to 46 days before check-in: your 50% deposit will be refunded in full.
  チェックイン日の46日前までのキャンセルは、お支払い済みのデポジット(50%)を全額ご返金いたします。
• For reservations made within 45 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  チェックイン日の45日前以降のご予約は、ご予約確定時に全額のお支払いをお願いいたします。
• Payment method: PayPal only (online credit card payment is coming soon).
  お支払い方法:現在はPayPalのみ承っております(オンラインでのクレジットカード決済を導入予定です)。

Shared Lounge / 共有ラウンジ

A spacious shared lounge with a dining area and a raised tatami (koagari) space — enjoy the free breakfast and drinks, or relax after a day on the slopes. A microwave, toaster oven and shared refrigerator are available for you to use freely.
ダイニングスペースと小上がりスペースのある広々とした共有ラウンジ。無料の簡易朝食やドリンクを楽しんだり、スキーの後にゆったりくつろいだりできます。電子レンジ・オーブントースター・共有の冷蔵庫を設置しておりますので、ご自由にお使いください。

Shared Facilities / 共用設備

Renovated and kept spotless: a spacious shower room that is easy to use with small children, two more shower rooms, washrooms with modern vanities, and toilets with warm-water bidet seats.
リニューアルした清潔な共用設備:子供連れでも使いやすい広いシャワールーム、ほか2つのシャワールーム、洗面所、温水洗浄便座付きトイレ。

Laundry room / ランドリールーム
Available for a fee: ¥600 per wash & dry cycle, 16:00–21:00 (cash or PayPal)
有料：洗濯＋乾燥で1回600円、使用可能時間帯は16:00〜21:00（現金またはPayPal）
