We will check availability and reply by email within 24 hours. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive our reply.

    Payment & Cancellation Policy / お支払い・キャンセルポリシー

    • Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
      ご予約は、宿泊料金総額の50%のお支払いをもって確定となります。
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full by 45 days before check-in. From 45 days before check-in, payments are non-refundable.
      残金はチェックイン日の45日前までに全額お支払いください。チェックイン日の45日前以降は、ご返金いたしかねます。
    • If the balance is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be refunded.
      期日までに残金のお支払いが確認できない場合は、お支払い済みの金額をご返金のうえ、ご予約をキャンセルとさせていただきます。
    • Cancellations made up to 46 days before check-in: your 50% deposit will be refunded in full.
      チェックイン日の46日前までのキャンセルは、お支払い済みのデポジット(50%)を全額ご返金いたします。
    • For reservations made within 45 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
      チェックイン日の45日前以降のご予約は、ご予約確定時に全額のお支払いをお願いいたします。
    • Payment method: PayPal only (online credit card payment is coming soon).
      お支払い方法:現在はPayPalのみ承っております(オンラインでのクレジットカード決済を導入予定です)。
